When you sign up, you pick a trade (restaurant, salon, or shop) and Glevu builds your site right away: a home page, a menu, and the basic pages, ready to edit. Your site gets a free address straight away, in the form yourname.glevu.com, so you can show it to customers even before you finish setting it up.
The Home page in the admin lists first steps tailored to your trade: editing your home page, adding products or services, and publishing your site. Work through it step by step.
2.Editing and publishing your site
Pages are edited under Pages in the admin. Each page is built from blocks (a hero, a gallery, a map, a pricing table, and so on) that you add, reorder, and edit directly in the editor, no code required.
Changes stay a draft until you press Publish. Until then, only you see them in preview, and visitors keep seeing the last published version.
3.Your domain and subdomain
Every site gets a free address, yourname.glevu.com, the moment you sign up. It works right away, with no extra setup, and is enough for most shops, salons, and restaurants.
If you want your own domain (for example yourshop.com), reach out to support: we walk you through the DNS setup with your domain registrar, and your site keeps working on both addresses while you switch over.
4.Setting up booking
Booking is a tool you activate from the Marketplace. Once it is on, add your services (name, duration, price) and the staff who provide them. Each staff member has their own availability.
Booking rules, such as how much notice a customer must give, how far ahead they can book, and the cancellation window, are set in one place and apply across your whole site.
5.Taking orders
Commerce is a tool you activate from the Marketplace. After that you add products with a price, photos, and stock, and customers order them straight from your site.
Cash on delivery, pickup, and other manual payment methods work today. Card payments currently run in test mode while our team connects your store to real settlement. During the founding-cohort beta, our team sets this up together with you, in person.
6.Billing and invoices
Your plan, payment method, and invoice history are on Settings → Billing in the admin. You will also see the date of your next charge there.
For questions about an invoice or to change your plan, the fastest way is the Help button in the admin: mention your store name and the invoice number if you have one.
7.Inviting your team
Add colleagues on Settings → Team by entering their email and a role: owner, admin, editor, or viewer. Each role has different permissions, from full management down to read-only.
The invited person gets an email with a link to accept. You can revoke an invitation at any time before it is accepted.
8.Customizing your brand
Your logo, colors, fonts, and corner roundness are all set in one place: Settings → Brand. Changes apply across the whole site right away, no need to repeat them on every page.
Your business basics (address, hours, contact phone) are on Settings → Business.
9.Activating tools
Booking, commerce, blog, and the other tools are switched on and off from the Marketplace. Activating a tool is free and instant: it appears in the admin menu right away and, where relevant, on your site. Deactivating a tool hides it, it does not delete your data.
10.Contacting support
The fastest way is the Help button (the question-mark icon) in the admin: it opens a Viber and an email option, both already filled in with your store name and the page you are on, so we start with the context.
The email address is podrska@glevu.com. We reply on business days, usually within a few hours.
